NEAVIA Technologies, the pionneer of intelligent transport systems in France, created in 2003 by Jean-Hubert Wilbrod, has been acquired by the listed Lacroix Group (Sales: €400m). NEAVIA Technologies is specialised in the intelligent and eco-responsible improvement of transport infrastructure security. They market three product lines: detection solutions (driving in the wrong direction, travel time…), video (autonomous, 360° cameras) and C2X/ Connected Vehicles (road-side units, on-board units).
This transaction will enable LACROIX City to become a leader in C2X solutions and to reinforce its presence in the connected road infrastructure sector.
