EVERKO was founded in 2014, with fibre, cloud and IP telephony offerings. Customers include the Voies navigables de France and the recorate of Lille. The company works with social housing associations such as Vilogia and Lille Metropole Habitat, as well as with key regional firms such as Tapis Saint Maclou.
French B2B operator Celeste said it has completed the acquisition of Everko, a specialist in SD-WAN headquartered in Villeneuve d’Ascq, in the Hauts-de-France region. Celeste said the deal, its ninth acquisition in four years, will strengthen its presence in the area, enabling it to expand the distribution of its connectivity, cloud hosting and cybersecurity offerings.
Celeste said the Hauts-de-France was the second most attractive French region in terms of number of jobs and third in number of industrial projects.
