After an initial entrepreneurial experience, Hervé Dakayi has been supporting executives in their balance sheet operations for several years: first on financing issues at CIC, then in private equity at Capitem Partenaires and in Transaction Services at Squareness, before continuing in M&A consulting at BYCap Advisory.
Hervé joined LINKERS in 2025 as Associate Director of the Lyon office, alongside Claudia Fernandes Blanc and Christian Navarro, with the mission of developing regional business and supporting executives in their M&A projects: sales, acquisitions, and fundraising.
