A FINANCING AND RESTRUCTURING SPECIALIST WITH OVER 30 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN INVESTMENT BANKING AND CONSULTING, AND OVER A HUNDRED ARRANGED OR RESTRUCTURED FINANCINGS ACROSS A WIDE RANGE OF BUSINESS SECTORS.
Stéphane began his career supporting innovation for SMEs and joined the Société Générale Group in 1993. He held several front-office positions in structured & acquisition finance and M&A, and arranged dozens of LBO and corporate transactions. In 2005, he became Head of Business Development for the Leveraged Finance business in London, where he notably participated in the creation of a debt investment vehicle.
In 2009, he joined the Restructuring and Recovery team where he negotiated many out-of-court and judicial financial restructurings of all sizes and sectors in France and abroad, including several major cases. He has also been involved in credit portfolio risk monitoring, various regulatory initiatives, and trainings.
In 2023, Stéphane founded Solvely Conseil, an independent firm dedicated to financing and restructuring advisory for SMEs and mid-cap companies. He joined LINKERS in 2025.
