LINKERS and ACTIVE M&A Experts successfully close Franco-German Internet Deal

Nicolas du Rivau (Partner LINKERS, Paris) and Dr. Holger Wiemann (Partner ACTIVE, Düsseldorf) successfully joined forces to find a buyer for the leading French marketplace for camping bookings www.camping-and-co.com. The company was sold last week to Rocket Internet backed www.campsy.com on Berlin for an undisclosed sum. The new group counts on more than 100.000 customers, aspires to a booking value of around €20 million for 2017 and projects at current growth rate to become profitable already by end of 2018.
