As designer, manufacturer and fitter, the group encompasses a range of trades and is very active in the fields of insulation and energy renovation. Denis Nezar, founder and CEO of CSI Réseau since 1998, approached the transfer of his group by setting up an LBO with its managers and the regional investment fund AQUITI Gestion to ensure the development and continuity of CSI Réseau.
