Tomco: LBO sponsorless

Founded in 2014, TOMCO provides assistance for digital transformation in the public sector (Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Justice, etc.) and is moving towards diversification by entering the private sector. Co-founder Bruno Fontaine, who contributed to the company’s initial development, has retired and no longer plays an operational role. Jérôme Clier has been the operational director since 2014.
