MPH ENERGIE (revenue: €70M) is an energy transition leader providing solutions and services for measuring, transporting and distributing fluids.
Assisted by ISATIS Capital since 2021, MPH has acquired GazDetect, a Gas Detection Equipment Specialist. Founded in 2008 by Didier Collin, GazDetect is specialising in the supply and maintenance of gaz detectors and Category 3 PPE in France and on the export market.
This transaction will enable MPH Energie to strengthen its service hub focused on the distribution of low-carbon energies.
MPH Energie entrusted LINKERS for the 6th time to assist them as a sole advisor in achieving their strategic external growth objectives, led to the completion of a further acquisition – GazDetect – after FPS in 2024, Mestrole, Metra & Menao en 2018 and Ereti in 2016.
