SYNCO ENERGIES (revenue: €70M), a leader in the energy transition thanks to its solutions and services for measuring, transferring and distributing fluids, has acquired GAZDETECT, which specialises in the distribution and maintenance of gas detectors and category 3 PPE in France and abroad.
With GAZDETECT, SYNQO strengthens its service hub for low-carbon energy distribution with a one-stop shop for the group’s clients.
This is SYNQO ENERGIE’s sixth acquisition with the assistance of LINKERS.
