Close to 3 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, with around ten transactions advised in the small & mid-cap segment.
After an initial M&A experience at Arc Capital in 2024 (insurance brokerage, wealth management), he joined LINKERS Marseille in January 2025, first as an intern and then under a work-study contract, before joining the team on a permanent basis in September 2026.
He advises on sell-side and buy-side mandates for SMEs and mid-sized companies in the South-East of France, from valuation and the preparation of transaction materials through to the approach of counterparties and support during due diligence. He has notably worked on the primary LBO of Logtrans alongside MBO+, the acquisition of Azur Fragrances by TechnicoFlor and the creation of the Sealto group with Sofipaca coming into the capital.
