Founded in 2018 by Nathalie des Isnards, madamePee, a specialist in sanitary solutions for public spaces, has been acquired by Satellite Industries, an American group and world leader in mobile sanitary equipment, as well as a long-standing industrial partner of the company.
As part of the transaction, Nathalie des Isnards will head PASS (Public Access & Specialized Sanitation), a new business unit within the group dedicated to public spaces, large events, and emergency infrastructure.
This acquisition allows Satellite Industries to strengthen its position in these specific markets and expand its range of sanitary solutions.
